RETURN & REFUND POLICY
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on all items within 14 working days from the date you received your order.
The following conditions must be met:
- Item(s) must be in original condition
- Item(s) must not have been used in any way
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or reimbursed by boshama.com.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at:
support@boshama.com
using the same email address used to place the order.
Please note:
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item is defective)
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive a refund for the item price only (excluding shipping costs).
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the tracking number.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?
After we receive your return request, we will send you the return address via email.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
We aim to respond to return requests within 48 hours.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 1–6 business days after receiving the item.
